We offer you a holistic service from the first introduction meeting to project handover, combining Pleysier Perkins' creativity and project management experience with quality construction through our network of reliable builders.
We specialise in small to large interior renovations, ranging from a new joinery piece to reimagining an entire home. We can also offer a building review to identify miscellaneous maintenance items, ensuring your project is holistically and intelligently considered.

We always start with a Project Feasibility in order to clarify scope of work and budget and we provide a detailed project cost estimate at the end of each stage of our process, ensuring certainty before proceeding further. Our longstanding builder relationships ensure trust, transparency and certainty in bringing your renovation project to life.

Our process is intelligent, efficient and transparent, tailored to suit project specifics and client priorities. Typically, our process includes the following four stages:
We start with a Project Feasibility Report, including concept sketch plans and a building maintenance audit, as requested, for your feedback and further development.
Once confirmed, our Project Manager will produce a detailed Feasibility Cost Estimate to establish project scope and budgets prior to Detailed Design work.
Over a series of client design presentations, utilising 3D computer modelling and CAD plans, the interior design is perfected. Joinery details and all fixtures, fittings and finishes selections are confirmed, as well as any other miscellaneous maintenance items.
Our select builder will then produce a fully detailed and transparent Detailed Design Cost Estimate, for your approval, prior to Project Documentation.
We will complete all documentation for permits and a Building Contract with our builder partner. They will provide a fully detailed and transparent Contract Quote for approval prior to signing.

Our builder will take responsibility for construction, with support from our Project Manager and design team.
