Set amongst an estate full of intact and restored Californian Bungalows, this home required major restoration works both inside and out. Its new two-storey extension is set behind the existing ridge line, hiding the addition behind the existing heritage façade.
Its new, soft interior palette blends the old and new areas together and connects the new living spaces into the sun-soaked northern garden.
